New Resident Information

ParkerWelcome to Parker Water & Sanitation District!

Before continuing, please view our boundary map to determine if you are in the Parker Water & Sanitation District service area.

Even if you live in Parker, it's possible you are served by one of the five other water districts in the area depending on the subdivision where you live. If you are still unsure who your provider is, Douglas County offers a map of the service boundaries for all the water providers in the area.

Information about what you'll need to know as a PWSD customer, as well as contact info for the other water districts in the area, is below.

  1. Information for Owners
  2. Information for Renters
  3. Watering Guidelines
  4. Additional Contact Info

If you are purchasing a home in or around Parker and would like to start new service, below is information to help you with that process.

Note: Water transfers with title in the state of Colorado. The title company should contact PWSD on the behalf of the seller to order a final bill for the property. They will provide us with the new buyer’s information and all new homeowners should receive a welcome email from PWSD following closing. If you have not received a new resident welcome email within two weeks of your closing, please reach out to us.

AquaHawk Service
We offer our customers access to a no-cost alerting service that allows you to monitor and manage your water use in real-time. The AquaHawk online portal is not only beneficial in managing your daily use, but it also plays a critical role in helping you identify potential leaks quickly and avoid the financial inconvenience of an extremely high water bill.

We recommend that you set up your AquaHawk account soon, and make sure you set your usage thresholds and sign up for alerts to help you maximize the benefits of the service. You will need your account number, a valid e-mail address and a current phone number to register online for the service.
