4. SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (SFR) METER SET REQUEST

   This form should be used by Builders requesting a SFR meter set. If a change needs to be made to a meter set that has already been requested, you must cancel the original request and resubmit. All outstanding fees must be paid on an account prior to submitting a request for a SFR meter set.

NOTE: All scheduled SFR meter sets will be inspected within two (2) business days from the date it is requested i.e., if a request is submitted on Monday, the inspection will be completed anytime between Tuesday and Wednesday. Please do not call in meter set requests that are not ready. If there are any issues with the SFR meter set request you will be contacted directly. Partial or incorrect information will delay the submittal of the request.
